These are my current books I'm ready & loving. The Perfect 10 as more as my foundation and the Four Hour Body for enterainment and cheats. I lost 4 lbs my first week on the Perfect 10 and have been feeling great (less bloating) for week 2.

Try this exercise (to the right) for a challenge, Don't expect to start at 20/25 min. Start with 5min and work your way up.
